Refund policy

Sometimes things may go wrong and you may need to arrange a replacement or return though the orders at Lollyworld NZ are delivered without any problem.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
Please check your order upon receiving and if the delivered item is defective, damaged or wrong (not the one which you ordered), then please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable or replaceable items
Unfortunately, we will not be able to acknowledge a return or replacement of sale items or gift cards and if you simply change your mind or no longer want the item.

Regrettably, Lollyworld NZ  and Courier company are not able to refund or replace the items which have been lost, stolen or damaged after being delivered at your address. If you are concerned about your order will be left unattended at the delivery then we advise you to please inform us and leave a comment, Not to leave without Signature.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@lollyworld.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
