Shipping policy

For the orders, our shipping fees is as mentioned below:

  • A rate of $5.99 Will be applicable to all deliveries in Auckland.
  • Rest of North Island delivery charges are $10.60.
  • South Island will be charged a delivery fee of $12.60.

This does not include delivery to islands outside of North and South Islands of New Zealand, please send us an email for the quote if you would like to have deliveries on these places.

Order Processing Time

The orders received before midday (12Noon) will be dispatched same day and the orders received after that will be dispatched on the next business day.

Orders will be processed and sent as soon as possible and will be dispatched no later than the next working day following the receipt of your order confirmation.

Delivery Times

  • North Island Delivery: 1-2 Working days
  • South Island Delivery: 2-3 working days
  • Rural Delivery: 2-3 working days extra
